Annette has over 20 years of experience in the human resources industry where she’s had complete oversight of all human resource functionalities, inclusive of hiring practices, employee benefits, diversity, recruitment, employee relations and performance management, with a specialty in Organizational Development.

She has diverse human resource and management experience that spans start-ups and established organizations. She has provided guidance and leadership to executive levels as a unique problem solver with an emphasis on recognizing a problem and creating a comprehensive tactical action plan.

Monique serves as a Strategic Consultant for Avery 360 Consulting Firm. This role focuses on planning and implementation strategies for community development projects. She collaborates with Board of Directors to execute strategic plans to meet organizational goals. Her strategic planning expertise includes improving production resulting in revenue increase, operational risk reduction, and grant funding management.

Detroit Native and credit union executive with over 20 years of Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Project Management and Strategic Planning experience. She has managed all aspects of a financial institution operations including setting objectives, establishing priorities and conducting annual performance assessments. She has also, conducted national and international presentations focused on the correlation of staff development and retention.

Previously, as a COO, she successfully took on a deteriorating organization, overseeing a half-billion-dollar credit union resulting in reorganized departments and new policies. Prior to this role, she served as the Interim President/CEO for the Credit Union of Atlanta persistently working closely with the Board of directors and Committees on all aspects of the credit union operations.
